Mark Velano is a certified Arrowsmith Program teacher at BrainLinks, the cognitive enhancement arm of The Developing Child Centre. With over 12 years of experience in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion, Mark brings a warm, structured, and evidence-based approach to supporting children’s learning journeys. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and has completed academic units toward a Master of Arts in Special Education.
Mark has completed advanced training in SCERTS, early intervention, cognitive enhancement, and behavioral strategies. Having worked across the UAE and Thailand, he integrates global best practices with a strong commitment to neuroplasticity and transforming learning capacity. He delivers the online Arrowsmith Program, supporting children and families remotely across the UAE and Middle East.
Mark believes in nurturing potential through engaging, personalized strategies that build focus, memory, reasoning, and independence, ensuring each learner receives a holistic and empowering experience.
