
Emma Ross is the Arrowsmith Coordinator and Assessor at BrainLinks, the online cognitive enhancement program at The Developing Child Centre. With over 10 years of experience in education and therapeutic support, Emma specializes in working with children with learning differences including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and processing challenges. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Autism and a Bachelor's in Education and Social Services from Strathclyde University, alongside certifications in SCERTS, ADOS2, Orton-Gillingham, and Arrowsmith Executive Training.
Emma leads the remote delivery of the Arrowsmith Program across the UAE and the Middle East, guiding families through individualized cognitive programs that build attention, memory, reasoning, and executive function. Known for her collaborative and child-centered approach, Emma is dedicated to helping each learner unlock their potential through the power of neuroplasticity and targeted brain training.
