Caroline Waweru is a certified Arrowsmith Program teacher and Senior Lead Educator with over 14 years of experience in education and counseling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Counseling and currently a Master’s in Counseling candidate. Caroline is also an accredited associate counselor and has supported children with learning difficulties across school and clinical settings.
Her expertise spans individualized education plans (IEPs), classroom management, child behavior support, and inclusive education. At BrainLinks, Caroline uses her training in cognitive and early intervention programs including SCERTS, ADOS2, and Arrowsmith certification to guide children through targeted brain-based exercises that strengthen learning capacity.
With a deep understanding of child development and behavior, she works closely with families in the UAE and the broader Middle East to empower children through personalized, neuroplasticity-driven approaches that foster confidence, independence, and academic growth.
